JUDGMENT
1.This writ petition is filed seeking benefits of expatriation
allowances granted to personnel who were part of Operation
PAWAN ... under challenge. It is
stated in Exhibit P3 that the calculation of expatriation
allowance by taking the rate of foreign allowance as provided
in Exhibit
July 2016.
Arrangements were made to receive the expatriates and for their
transport in coordination with Norka-Roots and KSRTC, apart from
providing them with

centres outside India, to expatriate students in Qatar as well as in other
Gulf Co-operation Council countries ... filing the
instant public interest writ petition is that there are many expatriate
students, who want to take up NEET examination and consequently, seek
admissions
