doctor in his
report Ex.P.11 has noticed only external injuries and
the said injuries appear to be simple as they do not fall ... grievous injuries as defined
under Section 320 of the IPC. The external injuries
noted in Ex.P.11- the post mortem report in the absence

rape can be inferred. There were no external injuries on
the body. Even report of the doctor not clearly indicates ... examination the doctor found the

by him had sustained any external injuries. All the
alleged injuries said to have been sustained by these
injured witnesses
noted the following
external injuries on the dead body of Beerappa:
1. "Clean cut edged oblique injury over the
lefty temparo-parietal region ... semi-
digested rice, bread particles and water. While

the corresponding internal injuries in the
manner noted supra
This witness stated that he had not noticed any
external injuries nor noticed any signs of sexual
assault, when he examined her.

witness stated that he had not noticed any external
injuries while examining the accused and there was
nothing to suggest that the accused
