report Ex.P.11 has noticed only external injuries and
the said injuries appear to be simple as they do not fall ... grievous injuries as defined

the body. Even report of the doctor not clearly indicates ... examination the doctor found the

This witness stated that he had not noticed any
external injuries nor noticed any signs of sexual
