deceased, could have been caused by fall as there was no
corresponding external injury on his head.
(iv) The stone by which the deceased ... have been
killed weighed 5 kgs. It was pointed, yet no external injury was
caused.
(v) D.S.P. had reached the spot at about
this appeal. Accused number 1 has been found to have caused external injury number 1 with a spear on the person of the deceased ... post-mortem examination over the dead body. Accused number 9 caused external injury number 2 with a bana stick the corresponding internal injury being injury

dead body was identified by Anandrao Chede (PW 5). The following external injuries were noticed :
1. Two contusions on neck left side both parallel ... that the foetus was of 5 months with male sex.
In the external examination the doctor noticed that the eyes were closed, that the conjunctiva

He has not noticed any other external injury. He has not
noticed any swelling on the head of deceased ... blow and several other
factors. In certain cases, there may be external bleeding
injuries to the head and may or may not be corresponding
internal
four persons with aruval, pipe and spade. He found he following external injuries :-
1. An incised injury ... found on him the following external injuries :-
1. Constitution on the right side of fore-head one inch about the right eye-brow size
started postmortem of
Geetaben. On examining, the following external injuries found on
the dead body :

Incised wound of 1 ½ x ½ , muscle deep on middle ... injuries were ante-mortem and there were internal
injuries corresponding to external injuries. On account of
external injuries, there was incised wound
from behind.
In cross-examination the P.W. 36 stated that the external and
internal injuries were not caused at the time of searching ... Members. This witness stated that Dr. J.N. Dey noted down the
external and internal injuries found on the dead body of the deceased,
after
Kalokhe. P.W.4 Dr. Bhusale noticed the following external injuries :-
1) Two contused abrasion over left side of forehead of size ... that if fractures are caused due to heat then
there will be external signs of scalp haematoma. In this
case the two fractures
upon blunt force impact to head. The injuries, internal as well as external, noted in the post-mortem notes Ex.PW.1/A are stated ... reads:-
"Number of bruises on back. No other mark of any external injury.

Sexual organ and pubic hair well developed.
