Ramgopal, it is not mentioned that deceased Ramgopal sustained any
external injury on the abdominal region, so it can not be said that
Ramgopal ... stated that Ramgopal's intestine may
also burst, due to the external injury number eighteen found on the body
of deceased Ramgopal
brought Ramesh Kumar for medical examination. On his examination, he
found following external injuries on his body:-
(i) Incised wound antero posterior direction with cutting ... also examine Thakurdeen and found following external injury on his
body;-
(i) Incised wound size 6"x2" over mid parietal region. Skull bone
satisfaction recorded by the
authority in an order of externment, is
objective and is based on material on
record then the Court would not interfere ... record, being satisfied of
the expediency/ necessity of passing an
order of externment.
