Sohan Pal who is not the accused herein. The alleged
extortion call was made from the aforesaid mobile no. 9717417843, however,
prosecution has failed ... number or that any of the accused persons
made the alleged extortion call to the complainant. Even the complainant has
not deposed during his testimony
judicial file carefully.
15. The case of prosecution is that extortion calls were received
by the complainant both on his mobile as well ... extortions calls were made
to complainant. Call details between accused Aditya Gupta and
Chander Pal Sharma were obtained and verified. There were
calls between accused
Dharampal Dagar (PW6) informed that accused Rajesh Bawania
@ Karambir had made extortion call to him some time before the
incident and further, coaccused persons ... Dwarka Courts after their
arrest. Further, he denied the suggestion regarding extortion
call made by accused Rajesh Bawania @ Karambir.
9. Another material witness Dharampal Dagar
involvement
in the aforementioned extortion racket. Consequent thereto,
Vishal Vashishth was arrested and his disclosure statement recorded,

recordings of the conversation between
