reliable and convincing testimony of the injured-complainant PW2 and well supported by the testimony of the other eyewitnesses and the medical evidence. Merely because ... that faulty investigation could hardly be a ground for rejection of testimony of eyewitnesses which had a ring of truth in it. In fact
