'industrial establishment' means-(i) a factory as defined in clause (m) of

The term `factory' is defined in Sub-section (12) of Section 2 to mean:
"....any premises ... factory or establishment for the purposes
of the Act, the Rules and these Regulations,"
The term `factory or establishment' is defined by Regulation
undeniably appurtenant to the factory, since
it led from the main municipal road to the gate of t
he factory proper, and there was another ... treated as the "compound"
of the factory, as defined in section 2(5) of the Act; and
