Section 7 of the said Act dealing
confiscation and cancellation of false caste certificate being
relevant, is reproduced below :
"7. Confiscation and cancellation ... false Caste
Certificate.- (1) Where, before or after the
commencement of this Act, a person not belonging to
any of the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes
Community), which is
not a Scheduled Caste and his Scheduled Caste claim as
"Gavara" is false. A show cause notice dated ... producing a caste
certificate that he belonged to a Scheduled Caste community
which later on was found to be false. His appointment was
cancelled

belonging to "Bhovi" caste he created documents and
