as in the declaration given by her on the date of interview in her own
handwriting ... handwriting expert.
The learned Counsel for the Petitioner contended that by false
declaration that she passed the Higher Secondary Examination, the
accused took
during which it was
revealed that the appellant had submitted a false
declaration regarding her date of birth. Documents were
obtained which showed her date ... which has come on record show that the
appellant had made false declaration regarding her age
when juxtaposed to the age recorded in the records
they
submitted false/forged documents such as collateral security of the
factory and building at 25, Shyam Industrial Area, Loni, Ghazaibad,
false/bogus registration certificate ... also revealed that
accused Rajeev Sharma and Sanjay Sharma made false declaration that

complainant that the petitioner had filed a false and frivolous suit for
declaration, permanent injunction and recovery of possession of the suit

declaration relates shall be deemed for the

Sub-Section (a) of Section 10 thus prescribes that if one furnishes
certificate or making declaration under sub-section
Although, petitioner was citizen of America but he had
submitted a false affidavit by stating that he was not holding
citizenship of any other country ... petitioner had submitted a false affidavit
at the time of seeking an Arms Licence. On the basis of the
declaration made by the petitioner, Arms
lakhs and filed seven shipping bills dated 25.01.1994 at Manglore Port falsely

4. Therefore, the very fact of possessing false
certificate or certificate containing false material is to be
treated as an offence giving
plaintiff claiming adverse possession over the
suit property, a decree for declaration and permanent injunction. It has been further
stated that the said suit ... several occasions to dispossess the lawful occupant and to implicate him in false cases.
