Gram Panchayat, Dharvi Kalla in the General Election, 2015,
submitted false declaration regarding his children in the
nomination form. It is also contended that ... with the intention to make him eligible to
contest election made false declaration about number of his
children and their date of birth, therefore
making false claim on the compensation
deposited by Insurance Company and also given false evidence in
this regard and also made false declaration that ... making false claim on the compensation

these categories is „Court related/sub-
judice matters‟. There is a declaration by the Respondent No.2 to the effect
that "I agree that ... categories". The Applicants/Petitioners point out that this was a false
declaration.
13. The grievance of the Applicants/Petitioners is that acting
members, hatched a
conspiracy to usurp the land by preparing a false declaration,
purportedly made by the original owner i.e. Late Shri Mangla
(complainant
working as a LDC in
the Education Department, gave a false declaration regarding the
number of his children by the cut off date ... beyond Sections
197 and 199 IPC i.e. of making a false declaration before a public
servant for gaining promotion. Ex-facie, the offences under
observed that prime
facie parents of CCL committed offences of false declaration and
forging the records and appellant also committed the same
offences and hence ... that appellant has committed the
offence of false declaration and forgery.
