threatened the husband that she would
commit suicide or file false dowry case against the husband’s entire family
through her father and brother ... used as a tool and false cases are filed. In the present case also, it is a false dowry
harassment case. Therefore, this Court
given threatening to implicate him and his family
members in a false dowry case.
