After hearing the learned counsel

attaches to the victim of rape in Indian society ordinarily
rules out the leveling of false ... that because of past
enmity, the appellant was falsely implicated in the commission of offence of
rape by the father of the prosecutrix. The motive
hand, would
not therefore, have concocted story of rape against petitioner/accused to
falsely implicate him by putting her honour, character, reputation and her
future ... self-
respecting woman would normally concoct a story of rape just to falsely
implicate a person. Petitioner/accused therefore does not enjoy any special
status
