5 prepared a false kalandra ... implicate him in false case
and thereafter defendant no.5 made false kalandra Ex.PW1/1 against plaintiff.
In view of this, the testimony

registration of FIR against the accused who instituted false Kalandra
against him on the false complaint .

suppressed the
fact of entire occurrence and made a false kalandra ... malaciously prosecuted the plaintiff,
while booking him in a false Kalandra.
26.While fixing the matter for order on 15.7.2015, parties were
directed to file
harassment, monetary losses and agonize him implicated the
plaintiff in a false Kalandra. On account of malicious prosecution of plaintiff on the basis of
aforesaid ... false Kalandra, plaintiff suffered a loss of his image, reputation, name, fame,
harassment, agony etc. and plaintiff assessed the damages to the tune
