appointment on the basis of a forged matriculation marksheet. On
verification, it was found that the petitioner having Roll Code ... lodged after thorough enquiry, it was found that the petitioner

Shankar Pd, Sanjay Kumar ... Singh, Santosh Kr.
Kushwaha and Mohan Yadav and submitted a false report that the marksheets
are correct and genuine and those have been verified from
accused Awadhesh Kumar Upadhyay, the then Statistical Officer falsely
certified on the photocopies of marksheets of Intermediate Examination of the
said accused namely Uma Shankar ... Singh, Santosh Kr. Kushwaha and Mohan Yadav and submitted a false
