further submits that the false marksheet (Exhibit-3) submitted by the
appellant before the school authority is forged ... produced by the appellant is false and
not genuine. The Appellate Court has relied on the said false
marksheet (Exhibit-3) for formation of opinion
conspiracy with the students, had enhanced the marks
obtained and issued duplicate marksheets mentioning enhanced marks and
therefore, they had committed offence of both cheating ... below erred in holding that the Petitioner was
responsible for issuing false duplicate marksheets. It was admitted that Petitioner

was a duplicator
accused, it is contended that
he has been falsely implicated in this case. As per the
marksheet of 8th class, date of birth of prosecutrix ... place with
her consent but thereafter, under the pressure of her
parents false statement has been given to the police. In
view of the aforesaid
rejected summarily in
case any of the Marksheet / Certificate furnished by the
candidate is found to be false and forged.
III. The engagement is liable
marksheets issued after 15.3.1994,
i.e., on 21.12.1994 and 17.8.1994 Annexure P-2. The manner
in which this petition is presented and the marksheet dated ... misusing the process of law,
as the marksheet dated 15.3.1994 (Annexure P-1) seems to be
a false and fabricated document, we shall proceed

they had got the admission on forged marksheet and they would
implicate him in a false case and it was therefore he withdrew from
marksheet on the direction of the Juvenile
Justice Board, it was found that the same was forged. Prem
Kumar Sindhi disclosed that this marksheet ... forged
marksheet.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that
applicant has not committed any offence. He has falsely been
implicated
that she would get employed at Bhopal and asked him to give
marksheet. Thereafter took her to Bhopal kept there and committed

her father have been recorded during
alleged that applicant has got the employment
on the basis of forged marksheet and has isappropriated
Crores of Rupees, hence he has committed cheating ... applicant submits that
