complainants have
returned from the tour by availing the same Airways Flight and question of
granting compensation to the extent ... same Airways service by preponing the date of
travel to, due to the availability of the tickets in the flight on the
particular day with
India in flight No. 411 on June 3, 2002 for the Singapore-Delhi sector which they have decided to prepone to June 2,2002. Accordingly ... their representative Mahendra Singh. Air India refused to accommodate them on the flight of June 2nd and forced them to upgrade their tickets from
already rejected the
request of the petitioner and found him at flight risk. The order dated
24.05.2022 was challenged before the Hon'ble Supreme ... apex court did not grant any relief and directed this court to prepone the
hearing to a convenient date so that in the event
agreement for land with AAI on
21.03.2002 for centaur Hotel and Chefair Flight Catering, Delhi for
a period of 30 years ... growth in
Aviation Sector, the project would need to be preponed as the space
