declaration of probation could not have been done, hence
question of considering them as full members would not
arise in the facts and circumstances ... probation on the date on which he has completed the prescribed
period of probation".
Rule 21 refers to extension of declaration of probation
under
that the broken period of service have been
counted for declaration of probation and, therefore, the same has to be
accepted.

of probation. Rule 10 of the Rules for fixation of Pay in the
Revised ... employee whose increment is withheld
for want of declaration of probation on 1.7.2004 or on
the date of change-over to the new scale will
satisfactorily completed from the date ordered even if the question of declaration of probation had been taken up earlier;

5.In these circumstances, the Executive Council, in its meeting held
that related to the question of declaration of probation in the category
of Principal. C.R.P. No. 640 of 2009 is filed ... with probation. It deals with
probation and contains eight sub-sections. Sub-section (3) provides
that the educational agency may terminate the probation for want
requested to issue cancellation of promotion of the
declaration of probation in individual cases, immediately and to report the fact
to the Chief Engineer ... requested to issue cancellation orders of the orders of the
declaration of probation in individual cases etc. It is not made clear as to
whether
provisions incorporated in Chapter XIV-A
KER deal with the appointment, probation, declaration
of probation, confirmation, maintenance of seniority
list etc. of teachers of aided
from the date of her initial appointment, namely 17.9.1990 and her declaration of probation was from 17.9.1992. This Government Order has to be given effect ... petitioner from the date of her initial appointment and mentions her declaration of probation from 17.9.1992 and therefore, while considering the claim of the petitioner
