accused had rubbed his genital part on
her private part and forcibly kissed on her face, lips, chest,
stomach, etc., and when the mother ... rubbed his genital part against private part
of the girl and forcibly kissed on her face, lips, chest, stomach, etc.
Further it is pointed
started raising disputes with the victim girl and she was
forcibly separated from A-2 and after getting separated from A-2, the
victim then ... minor victim girl, she has no forcible act from the
petitioner and the kissing and embracing acts has been done by them
consensually
without her consent had
embraced her and kissed her and forcibly made her lay down and
caught hold of her breast and had thus forcibly
breast and kissing her and thereafter, in
the month of April, 2016, he had again barged into her residence and
had forcible penetrative sexual assault
years, had committed forcible sexual
intercourse on the minor victim girl and with the intention to outrage her
modesty had kissed her and caught hold
from that place the petitioner has sexually assaulted her
by hugging and kissing her and he had taken photographs of those
incidents in his mobile ... taken the lady victim to a hotel at Kozhikode and had
committed forcible sexual intercourse on her by threatening that he would
publish the abovesaid
appellant used to come near her
whenever she goes to toilet and kissed and embraced her and that about 2
months prior to the submission ... gone to the toilet, the appellant had come there and then had
forcible sexual intercourse with her and the appellant assured her that he
would
suffered injuries on her
private parts, which are caused by forcible sexual intercourse and that she
has also suffered injuries on her lips and nose ... bitten on her lips while
