Mahadevaiah came near her and caught hold of her and
kissed her forcibly and thereafter, he came forward to

the Respondent No.1/accused has forcibly kissed her and
he touched her private parts and taken her nude photos

he dragged her to his bed and tried to physically
earlier misbehaved
with her and touched her inappropriately and also forcibly
kissed her. It is in this back ground on 12.09.2024 first
informant had approached
complex and thereafter, he went to the said electricity room
and forcibly kissed on the lips of the victim girl two to three
times. Victim
garden of one Ramakrishna Reddy, the
accused held her tightly and forcibly kissed her.
10. It is not seriously disputed that the victim girl
motor-cycle and intercepted

her on the way and forcibly kissed her and thereby,
tried to molest the minor victim.

imposed on him.
3. The allegation against him is that he forcibly
kissed a girl aged about 14 years
