Clause (c) under
definitions section 2 in the Act of 1948 defines forest land. The
definition is extracted and reproduced below.
"(c) "forest ... landlord" as defined in that Act."
Odisha Tenancy Act, 1913 defines landlord under sub-section (9) of
definitions section 3 . It says, landlord
