551704 was issued on 23.03.2008. It is
nowhere mentioned in the charge sheet that
petitioner involved in getting forges stamp
paper.

8. In view of the aforesaid submissions made ... such investigation that the Court-fees Stamp Papers of Rs. 1000/-, Rs. 500/- and Rs. 200/- were forged. Hence, the contention of Mr. Panda, Learned

the investigation report

E-stamps and forged stamp papers of the Sub-Registrar, Delhi ... deed to the
complainant, which later on, was also found to be forged.
12. The applicant further defrauded the complainant by introducing
one Yamini Aggarwal
obtained the e-stamp papers and it is
further contended that the said e-stamp papers were
purchased ... antedated to 29.12.2018, thereby they have tampered the
Government e-stamp papers by forging the documents and
requested the police to register the case against

of counterfeit government stamp and forgery with regard to the
same and even otherwise also ... Learned A.P.P. for the State has submitted that the
forged stamp papers have been recovered but has failed to point
out any specific
part of gang which was involved in creating forged stamp paper,
Special Adhesive Stamp, Non-judicial Stamp paper as well as
National Saving Certificate
