would come with forged stamp papers for the purposes of selling them
off and that they were selling the stamp papers at half the rates ... that he purchased stamp papers from accused Jagdish and
Ashok Kumar Goyal. It is stated stamp papers were recovered from all
the accused persons
event the
petitioner deposits the money equivalent of the
allegedly forged stamp papers and for such limited
purpose, the police authorities send the document ... petitioner and send
the said deed maintaining necessary precautions,
including the forged stamp papers, in a sealed cover to
the respondent no.4, that

the money equivalent of the allegedly forged
stamp papers.

persons Arvind Singh Tomar and Rajesh Hazari had witnessed ... aforesaid stamp paper had been duly purchased and are not a
forged stamp paper. It has not been stated that the applicant has prepared
executed documents on the
forged stamp papers. In the present case also allegations are
made that stamp papers used by the present Applicant for
executing ... acknowledgment in favour of the present
informant, was executed on forged stamp papers. Learned
counsel therefore submitted that the subject matter of the
present
petitioners, and send
the said deed maintaining necessary precautions,
including the forged stamp papers, in a sealed cover to
the respondent no.4, that ... sent, the petitioners shall deposit
the money equivalent of the allegedly forged stamp
papers with the respondent no.4 immediately
thereafter. The respondent
aforesaid documents were also forged by the respondents.
He further argued that the respondents also obtained
forged stamp papers for preparation of the aforesaid documents ... stamp papers are concerned, the complainant has not
mentioned as to how he has come to know that the said stamp
papers are forged because
bogus signature of his mother on
Rs.100/- stamp paper, so also, the said stamp paper never been
purchased in the name of her mother ... whether the
application dated 04.02.2015 and signature appearing on the stamp
paper, are forged or not and said fact cannot be decided without full
fledge
