otherwise also, there are serious allegations of forgery of Will against the
petitioner and no material witness has been examined till ... been examined till date and the allegations are pertaining to forgery of Will,
no ground is made out for the grant of bail.
Consequently
legal heirs. The informant came to know about the said will and the forgery when the applicant made efforts to sell the land ... proceeding vis-a-vis a criminal case involving allegations of forgery of a will. The Hon'ble Supreme Court, reiterated, that indisputably
investigate the mater, the truth will come
out and the Criminal Act committed by the respondents will also come
out.
4. Heard the learned Counsel ... file the
complaint against the respondents on the allegation of forgery of Will.
6. Therefore, there is no perversity or illegality in the order passed
affidavit filed by them that the petitioner has
committed serious forgery. I will consider that on
the next occasion whether the petitioner is present ... thought fit, directing
the police to conduct enquiry into the allegations of
forgery made against the petitioner.
Learned advocate-on-record for the respondent
