that minutes of various meetings of the society
were recorded in the minute book by the
complainant in his own writing and the minutes ... conducted by Justice Avadh Bihari (retired) and
used these forged minutes of the meeting to
appoint new members whose names were
subsequently added unlawfully
been forged and so many
signatures were also forged by the accused. While so, already complaint
was preferred for the creation of false minutes book ... complaint is for the creation of minutes book and in the minutes book so
many signatures were forged. For that allegation, the case was filed

9. The contention of the Appellant is that the Respondent
who held only 1% share forged and fabricated the
Minutes ... Appellant not only were the Minutes forged
but the Respondent had specifically in the petition
averred that the said Board Resolution was passed
February, 1994, the allegations made in the rejoinder and the allegedly forged Minutes, the Minutes appear to be substantially supported by the letter dated 21st ... Arbitrators. Consequently, it is not possible to accept that these Minutes had been forged.
10. For the forgoing reasons I find no force in this
fact held and the said minutes were forged and fabricated, which a perusal of the original minutes books would establish. No reliance can be made ... when none was held notice of the meeting and the minutes thereof have been forged and fabricated. Notices of alleged meetings

15. It is alleged that the forged and fabricated minutes of the meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Contributory ... authorization of the Board of Trustees, but to justify the investment forged minutes of meeting allegedly held on 24th March, 2017 were prepared on which
