53. Fraudulent transfer.—
(1) Every transfer of immoveable property made with intent to defeat or delay
under this Act is erroneous in form or substance, or has been fraudulently or improperly made, he may, subject to such rules
this section, paragraph (1), clause (a), and paragraph (5), clause (a), is fraudulent
unauthorised person who subsequently acquires interest in property transferred.—
Where a person fraudulently or erroneously represents that he is authorised to transfer certain immoveable property
clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 136 (offence of fraudulently defacing or fraudulently destroying any nomination paper) of this Act; or (j) section
this Act or rule or order made thereunder; (k) misappropriates or fraudulently deals with the property of the waqf. (2) The removal of a person
permitted, it would defeat the provisions of any law, or is fraudulent, or involves or implies injury to the person or property of another
working under him had mis-appropriated, misapplied or fraudulently retained, any money or other waqf property, or had incurred irregular, unauthorised or improper expenditure from ... amount or the property which has been mis-appropriated, misapplied or fraudulently retained, or the amount of the irregular, unauthorised or improper expenditure incurred
