accused were having friendly relations since long. In the month of
January to March 2004, accused requested him for a friendly loan ... advanced the loan. Admittedly, no document viz., loan agreement, receipt
etc. was executed at the time of advance of loan. Why no such document
case:
The complainant was having friendly relation with accused and had given a friendly loan of Rs.6,00,000/- during
