7. Learned counsel for the State submitted that in view of
the decision of the State Government pension, family pension ... that
any change in the rate of pension, as also relief in pension under the
Bihar (Government) Pension Rules, would be equally applicable
March, 2007. He submitted that the petitioner is
entitled to receive full pension as he has completed more than 20
years of qualifying service ... pensionable service would be entitled to receive pension on pro-rata
basis.
