authorized Rev.Josheph Minz to function as Chief Functionary of the
Society but that authorization was with a rider that ... agreement.
Further it was submitted that though authorization to function as
Chief Functionary was revoked in April, 2009, account was opened
thereafter on the basis
defendant association, the following position so far
as it concerns the functioning of the defendant association emerges:
a) The name of the defendant Association ... functionary which is committee
though has emanated from association but has certain role and
responsibility towards the functioning, supervising, governing of the
association which
repairs and maintenance of places of worship, religious functions, maintenance of preasts/ preachers/ other religious functionaries etc. and on construction and maintenance of Churches

9. Firmly contending that various functionaries under the Act did not
discharge their function in accordance with law, the following
omission/irregularities
