2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner ... petitioner submits that while deciding the said
application under Section 450 of GHMC Act, the Commissioner is
obligated to consider the representation filed for cancellation
present
action against the petitioner and issued orders invoking section 450
of GHMC Act 1955.
20. The petitioner submits that 2nd Respondent being statutory

there are no substantial grounds for invocation of section 450 of
GHMC Act 1955.
27. In view of the above, it clearly establishes

11. It is further contended that as per Section 450 of GHMC
Act, the 1st respondent has to take necessary steps for revocation ... respondent has issued show cause notice, dated
10.03.2022 under Section 450 of GHMC Act as to why the
building permit order dated 21.04.2020 obtained
Deputy Commissioner, GHMC, Kapra,
issued proceeding dated 06.07.2021 under Section 450 of GHMC Act,

which was challenged in the said writ petition ... dated 06.07.2021, issued
by respondent No.3 under Section - 450 of the GHMC Act as
illegal and unjust. Further, the petitioner is also not entitled
dated 22.11.2024, with the following
observations:
"15. As per Section 450 of GHMC Act, 1955, the
Commissioner has power to cancel the permission sanctioned ... material facts.
