by the State Government for GIDC for public purpose, the GIDC could
not transfer the land to GSFC for a different purpose altogether

again it is the Government which has transferred to GIDC and
GSTC

land had never vested in GIDC with ownership rights of GIDC.

land acquired for GIDC vests in GIDC and GIDC was well within its
power to utilize the land

settle such amount with lessor-GIDC.

It will be required for GIDC to transfer the leasehold rights on the

decline the transfer in favour of the purchaser
