the Gift on behalf of minor children and hence the Gift
process is totally completed and the gift is accepted as
demanded ... herself, at the time of cancellation of the gift
never assumed that the gift was not accepted
and, therefore, it is revocable.
16. In another
Property Act is extracted hereunder for
easy reference:-
