provisions ... Kishori Lal v. Emperor [15] and the
law laid down in Gopal Vinayak Godse (supra) and held
that:-
"The Prisons Rules are made under
Court in Maru Ram vs. Union of India and Ors.2 , Gopal Vinayak Godse
