as not eligible ... petitioner applied
for the post of Principal, Class-II, as advertised by GPSC, served on
contract basis as a Group Kaushala Sahayak (Computer) In Industrial
requied in the
advertisement. But, later on, the result was published by GPSC on
05.08.2011, in which the name of the petitioner was excluded ... commenced from
03.09.2011. On further inquiry and reasons stated by the GPSC, that
the petitioner did not possess requisite experience was confirmed.
The above procedure

April, 2011 where the candidature of the petitioner was rejected by
the respondent-Commission

4. It
is not in dispute that
Primary Health Centre, Kanjeta, Taluka:Dhanpur and on 26.10.1999, the
petitioner passed GPSC Examination and after successful training for
medical termination of pregnancy

that when the GPSC has recommended the candidates and appointment
orders are issued by appointing authority the case ... authority which is based on merit of successful candidates
recommended by GPSC and further appointees at Sr. Nos. 4 and 5 ahead

that as per Advertisement No.20 published by Gujarat Public Service
Commission (GPSC) for various categories include 676 vacancies for
Deputy Mamlatdar in the Revenue
