respective posts till the eligible persons duly selected by GPSC are

We
have heard Mr.Upadhyay, learned counsel ... relevant point of time, there was no
selection process undertaken by GPSC and the Court accepted their
continuation till the regularly selected candidate is available
recommended by the
departmental promotion committee and was also recommended by the
GPSC, subsequent punishment of reprimand could not be considered for
depriving the promotion ... November 2007 and the same
came to be approved by the GPSC on 28th November 2008 and,
therefore, subsequent show-cause notice of the disciplinary
appointment as adhoc lecturer is continued till the
regularly selected candidate through GPSC is available. Further she
