to the appellant and, therefore, there could have been no occasion

Hazaribag claiming Rs.6,60,000/-. The Claims Tribunal passed interim order
granting Rs.50,000/- to be paid to the claimants. The appellant ... spent for release of the vehicle and getting bail.
3. The complainant-appellant,
in total, claimed Rs.7,03,800/- besides compensation

dated 21.04.2022 has been pleased to grant interim arrangement for visiting
the site of the project i.e. Premium Trinity ... Crores to different decree holders in different
