Chander. He
noticed following injuries on his person :-
(1) There was lacerated wound on frontal region of scalp in
midline of size ... abrasion
collar present around the wound.
(3) There was gutter like lacerated wound on anterior aspect
of left forearm lying 7 cm below elbow joint
found the following
injuries on his person:
1. Lacerated wound 0.5 cm x 0.26 cm on
upper part and front of left thigh. Fresh bleeding ... right side of upper eye lid of left eye.
2. Gutter shaped wound 1.75 cm x 1.5 cm on bridge
of nose.
On dissection
found the following injuries on
her person:-
"A lacerated punctured wound 6 cm x 3.5 cm on the left
side of chest ... side of
chest front side. Margins were inverted.
2. A lacerated gutter shaped wound 4 cm x 4 cm on the
right forearm posterolateral aspect
Singh Jaura, PW1,
medically examined Narotam Chahal and found one lacerated gutter shaped
wound, two lacerated oval shaped wounds on the his body. The doctor
Nihang on 15.04.2004 and found following injuries, thereon,
"1. A circular wound with back margins of 0.5 x 0.5 cm in size
was present ... blood was present. On dissection of
injuries, a white gutter was present connecting the two
wounds. Heart and the major blood vessels were injured.
Thoraxic
hairline. Slough and necrotic tissue were present
in the wound.
2. Partially healed incised penetrating wound 2 cm x
0.8 cm present on the front ... necrotic
plaques was present on both right and left
paracolic gutters.
3. Healed stitched wound 19 cm long present on the
front of abdomen
left side of the skull. There was also an
incised wound measuring 6.0 x 1.5 cm on the right side of back. The
first injury ... right eyebrow extending upwards
and medially.
2. Lacerated wound 10x3 cm with bone underneath
fractured (gutter fracture) present on the left side of
forehead, medial
found the following injuries on it:-
1. There was a lacerated wound, 12 cms x 7 cms, over the antro-lateral and posterio-lateral part ... were removed from the wound and preserved. There were signing of hairs and blackening of wound margins.
2. Through a wound over the right lower
left clavicular region.
3. Lacerated wound 1/2'' x 1/2'' skin deep on left arm
outer and middle part over ... Oval shaped punctured wound ½ cm x ½ cm present
on left side of abdomen muscle deep.

thrown the dead body of deceased
Mohinder Singh alias Bali in the Gutter after murdering him with a view to
destroy the evidence ... spot. The dead
body of the deceased was taken out of the Gutter with the help of Safai
Sewak PW6-Inderpal. The inquest report
