injury no.1 was gunshot wound of entry on the chest and injury no.2 was fire arm wound(gutter shaped) on the right scalper
mentioned that, 6cm long gutter wound entry on
scalp 2cm super to right ear. Though, ld. Defence counsel has
argued that there are manipulation
hairline. Slough and necrotic tissue were present
in the wound.
2. Partially healed incised penetrating wound 2 cm x
0.8 cm present on the front ... necrotic
plaques was present on both right and left
paracolic gutters.
3. Healed stitched wound 19 cm long present on the
front of abdomen
exit wound was injury no.2, injury no. 3 was gutter shaped firearm wound on the thumb of the left hand, which was also having
over posterior aspect of left elbow.
6. One lacerated wound - =" x <" into bone over right side temporal
region, 1" right ... evidence of
gutter fracture involving outer table of right temporal bone-might
have been caused by a grazing bullet.
7. One wound of entrance
deceased and found the following

lumber vertebra making a gutter fracture 3.5
cm X 8.5 cm deep and came out through the
exit

and dressed her burn wounds for three or four days.
PW-15 HC Gurmail Singh is also

fell into a gutter and thereby it turned turtle and the claimant suffered
severe injuries ... respondent. Ext.A5 is the copy of the
wound certificate, which proved that the claimant was aged 32 years.
