(iii) A gutter wound at lateral aspect of left leg at middle third size
found the following injuries on
her person:-
"A lacerated punctured wound 6 cm x 3.5 cm on the left
side of chest ... side of
chest front side. Margins were inverted.
2. A lacerated gutter shaped wound 4 cm x 4 cm on the
right forearm posterolateral aspect
Nihang on 15.04.2004 and found following injuries, thereon,
"1. A circular wound with back margins of 0.5 x 0.5 cm in size
was present ... blood was present. On dissection of
injuries, a white gutter was present connecting the two
wounds. Heart and the major blood vessels were injured.
Thoraxic
left side of the skull. There was also an
incised wound measuring 6.0 x 1.5 cm on the right side of back. The
first injury ... right eyebrow extending upwards
and medially.
2. Lacerated wound 10x3 cm with bone underneath
fractured (gutter fracture) present on the left side of
forehead, medial
deceased was
found in bags in the chamber of the gutter. Inquest panchanama (exhibit
16) shows that the body was found in a gunny ... were also
injuries on the incised wounds on the hand, on the chest and on the
stomach. The gutter in which the dead body
sepsis, developed seizures and continued
to have sero-purulent discharge from his wound and all supports were given to
maintain his B.P. Another laperotomy ... 2009 which showed pus collection in the Pelvis and right
Paro-colic Gutter, but despite of best treatment the patient died on
06.06.2009.
The Complainant
deceased
was done in front of the house on the gutter. He found
two to three injuries on the neck of the deceased ... injury was scratch wound and
f) injury measuring 3 cm x ½ cm x ½ and
Injury No.6 is just below the wound No.3 measuring
mahazar. Ext.A3 is the wound certificate. Ext.A4 is the AMVI
report and Ext.A5 is the copy of the final ... manner and examined RW.1 the
Doctor who issued Ext.A3 wound certificate. A perusal of
Ext.A3 shows that the appellant sustained
less. Immediate resuscitation was undertaken alongwith the packing of the wound after reducing the bowel
inside the abdomen. The relatives took
him to Max Balaji ... expert opinion report, Exploratory laparotomy was
performed through stab wound. The findings were noted as follows:
