2. S. N. Hada and others have filed these petitions for the quashing of the order

prosecution case. Relying on the decision in Aneeta Hada v.
M/s.Godfather Travels and Tours ... this Court
took note of the two Judge Bench decision in Anil Hada v.
Indian Acrylic Ltd. [(2000) 1 SCC 1], wherein it was held
view of law laid down by this court in 'Aneeta Hada v.
Godfather Travels and Tours Private Limited ... prosecution against the appellant was void
ab-initio.
In Aneeta Hada 's case [2012 (5) SCC 661], the Court,
inter alia, held
their various statements are as under :

(ii) Mr. Deepak Hada
