had been suffering from mental illness and she used to
hallucinate and for the said purpose, plaintiff had taken her to
Vimhans Hospital
nature of the said disease where the inflicted person suffers
from hallucinations, it would be unsafe to rely upon the sole
testimony of the injured ... other reasons also. There
are many symptoms in the said
illness and hallucinations is one of
them."
28. The conspectus of the testimony
submitted that
other side-effects of consuming marijuana are having
hallucination, feeling of panic, anxiety, fear as well as trouble

perception and hallucinations they can commit suicidal as well as homicidal act.
He agree with
that it is
likely that he may develop psychiatric problems such as hallucinations. The
fact that he has undergone hallucinations already ... delirious. The further record of LNJP Hospital shows the doubt regarding the
hallucinations raised wherein the history stated by him is recorded showing
that
salary and he is harassing
her. In her hallucination, prosecutrix saw that accused committed
rape upon her and treated her badly. In this delusion ... commit rape upon her
and she made allegation against accused under hallucinations.
