25. P.W.1, it is true, has opined that in the case of
hanging, eyes used ... neck is stated to be
common in case of strangulation whereas in a case of hanging
injury to the muscles of the neck is rare
broken by any strong pressure on the neck, in case of hanging and throttling. He further stated that it was not necessary that tongue protrudes ... cause of death. The prosecution witnesses had initially staged the case of hanging by making up the spot (room in the house) and even ligature
