continuously harassed and tortured demanding more dowry and
money. The accused made life miserable ... accused towards his wife nor is there any evidence of
harassment or torture. The allegations of the prosecution in this
regard remain as mere allegations
days passed by, this
bickering grew into discordiality resulting in the
harassment and cruelty to the deceased by the appellant.
The deceased used to complain ... about harassment and
cruelty meted out to her, to her father, mother and sister
