receives the information hearsay from PW- 7 and 8,
Harish and Prema that the accused kicked ... ground when he reached the spot.
5. PW-3 is another hearsay witness and he has
also a witness to Ex.P.2 - spot mahazar
witness,
but he is an hearsay witness.
27.4. One Mr. Kumara Gowda CW-8 was also an

evidence that he received the information from PWs.14

suggest that the accused were identified by the deceased.
That merely on hearsay basis, both have been added as
accused and have been wrongly convicted ... identification of accused No.1 in the first
statement is based on hearsay. The identification of
accused No.2 in the subsequent statement

Therefore ... Therefore, looking to the evidence , it
reveals that he is also a hearsay witness. He does
not know anything as to how and in what
where the pond is situated.
(f). PW-6 and PW-7 are hearsay witnesses, and
panch witnesses to the Inquest Panchanama, Exhibit ... minor son of the deceased.
(h). PW-9 is a hearsay witness, who visited the
spot and found the dead body
