payable where death has occurred, while on duty on account of heart
attack/cardiac arrest. It is contended that the principle emerging from the
aforesaid ... that the demise was due to
natural cause, and not by heart attack.
5.2. He further states that prior to death, the deceased had availed
front gate of the unit located at Battal, he suffered a
heart attack on 13.11.2017 due to adverse and inclement weather in the
said hard ... office memorandum, and the death was due to heart attack, and
therefore, the petitioner's husband is not entitled to any ex gratia lump
approximately around three
months.
