by Respondent No.1, he is suffering from further complications of Hernia
and Stones in Gallbladder and he has undergone two subsequent surgeries ... account of surgeries undertaken by him for Hernia and
stones in Gallbladder.
5. The surgeries for Hernia and stones in Gallbladder cannot by any
stretch
ground that Petitioner had further complications of lower back pain and
Hernia, etc.
3. This was further extended vide Order dated 29.05.2025 till
09.06.2025, noting ... that he has undergone Hernia surgery. Again, Parole was
extended till 21.07.2025.
4. Learned Senior Advocates for the Petitioner submit that surgery for
removal
medical history wherein he had undergone an
operation of Hernia at Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital in 2010. He later
suffered from Prostrate and stomach issues
injuries suffered by him, he is
now suffering from further complications of Hernia and Stones in
Gallbladder and he has undergone two subsequent surgeries
well as he was suffering from
various ailments including urine and hernia problem and it deteriorated,
because of which he had to be frequently admitted ... husband. In
January, 2019 Lallan Prasad, the husband had undergone surgery for hernia
and was on complete bed rest. Thereafter due to poor health
conducted on 06.05.2025 shows ailment qua
L 4-5, as well as, Hernia. The surgery date for retrieval of bullets was
scheduled ... only after the bullets are removed, the
treatment for lower back pain, hernia etc., can be undertaken after
conducting MRI.
6. It is further submitted
documents annexed along with the Bail Application
show a provisional diagnosis of Hernia with recommendation to take
medicines.
3. Learned Prosecutor seeks time to verify
living with HIV/AIDS), gall bladder stone, Grade-1 fatty
liver, incision hernia over epigastric post craniotomy with bone flap
replacement and required Parole
behalf of the Petitioner as Senior
Counsel has undergone an operation of Hernia and today has gone for his
follow up checkup.
