that the father of the
petitioner is suffering from right sided inguinal hernia and he
had been advised surgery for the same. The said certificate ... which shows that his father is suffering from right
sided inguinal hernia and the operation is planned in the last
week of October
examination disclosed that the said Ganpati Keni was having right inguinal hernia after the anesthetist certified the said patient was fit to undergo surgery ... operated by the applicant as a routing case of right inguinal hernia and it is nobody's case that there was any rashness
with left
renal cell carcinoma with BL uncomplicated inguinal
Hernia with depression with anorexia. His general
condition is deteriorating."
3. What can be gathered
Counsel was suffering from abdominal dyspepsia
along with left sided inguinal hernia. As the doctor at Nagpur advised the
Counsel for the plaintiff for immediate
report that the applicant is suffering from
right side inguinal Hernia with size of 8 to 9mm. The medical
advice was mentioned
there being Order passed by this
Court, the surgery of right inguinal hernia of Petitioner is not carried out till
date. It is submitted that
normal. He had no tenderness, no guarding, no organomegaly.
Bilateral inguinal sear of inguinal hernia repair done in past were
normal.
