unfit for the reason that he was
suffering with Inguinal Hernia on the right side. While the
petitioner was declared unfit he was given ... Inguinal Hernia. The
relevant provisions are as follows:-
"(d) Inguinal Region: Inguinal hernia is the
possibility at the young age. The candidate
should
unfit on account of :-
i. "B/L undescended Testis C Inguinal Hernia.
ii. Over weight."
5. The petitioner preferred an appeal whereafter ... Recent post operative case of B/L
undescendent (sic) testes with inguinal hernia."
6. Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the
petitioner
whereafter he was declared temporarily medically
unfit on account of Bilateral Inguinal Hernia. Petitioner was thus
required to be re-examined medically for his fitness

the patient was suffering from highly tender strangulated inguinal
hernia and bilateral hydrocele and died even before the operation
could be performed

Arthritis, Inguinal Hernia and Chronic Gastritis.
