weeks on the ground that he is suffering from 'Inguinal Hernia' and he
has been advised surgery for the same.
Notice ... reply, it is stated that the petitioner was diagnosed
with 'Inguinal Hernia' on right side in July 2022, that he was sent
suffering from multiple diseases and at
present is suffering from Right Inguinal Hernia which is causing acute pain
and difficulty in passing urine ... namely Sudhir Gyain aged about 77 years is suffering from Right Inguinal
Hernia but as per the medical opinion, the proposed injury
right knee joint. size 4 cm x 2 cm
4. Obstructed inguinal hernia right side
(b) Thereafter he gave intimation Ex.P.4 to Police
Delhi on the ground that the applicant is
diagnosed with inguinal hernia.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in terms of the order
having
no unusual smell, mucosa was pale. Urinary
bladder was empty. Inguinal hernia was seen on
right side. Other internal organs found pale
otherwise appeared

5. It is submitted that the false complaint
Pulmonary Tuberculosis and is a
known follow up case of left inguinal hernia and has also history of right
inguinal Hernia (operated).
4.0 Accordingly, verification
learned counsel has
urged that petitioner is suffering from thighs' Inguinal Hernia and
has undergone operation for the same. Learned counsel has
urged that
actual fact the father of the applicant
requires surgery for inguinal hernia on the right side. The surgery is
proposed for the 25th August
