5. It is submitted that the false complaint
pain abdomen, decrease sleep, appetite
sleep, constipation, cough, cold, sore throat, inguinal hernia
right side, right knee pain, decrease eye, under treatment from
DDU Hospital
Pulmonary Tuberculosis and is a
known follow up case of left inguinal hernia and has also history of right
inguinal Hernia (operated).
4.0 Accordingly, verification
submitted that the applicant is suffering from some
medical problem of inguinal hernia, which is not
being properly treated by the Jail Doctor and,
hence
