2.1 Appellant is engaged in the manufacture of DSOL Hexane
and DSOL (30.40) falling under Chapter Sub-Heading
(CSH)NO.27101112 ... assessee, it was observed that the assessee had cleared
DSOL Hexane and DSOL (30, 40) falling under CSH No.
27101112 and 27101119, respectively on payment

Separate hexane ... shaken with 15,
10 and 10 mL of acetonitrile already saturated
with hexane. Combined acetonitrile layers are
diluted to ten times with water and extracted
stopped. It was found loaded with Hexane which is said to be an organic
chemical. On demand driver of the vehicle produced the following
documents
complainant amounting to Rs.20 lakhs for providing one tanker petroleum substance Hexane but neither the said substance was provided nor the said amount returned

refers to only Hexane and Toluene and nothing else which shows biased
attitude/approach
